This partnership is a strong alliance between the two companies, based on their shared vision and strategic goals, aimed at exploring new opportunities in the new energy storage market through resource sharing and complementary strengths.

Back to April 17th, 2024, Mr. Arne, CEO of Elinor, along with their core team, visited the headquarter of Morlus Technology in Nantong, Jiangsu, for cooperation and communication. Guided by a spirit of openness and cooperation, both parties explored the possibilities for in-depth cooperation. On April 18th, Mr. Shen Xi, CEO of Morlus Technology, and Mr. Arne officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of their respective companies. This MoU was designed to establish a strategic partnership between Morlus Technology and Elinor. On June 28th, Mr. Shen Xi led a delegation to visit Elinor’s headquarter in Norway, where both sides further discussed the scope of cooperation, terms of responsibility, and other key aspects. During this visit, the two companies formally signed the partnership agreement, initiating a deeper discussion on the content of partnership. By the end of August, all discussion were successfully concluded as planned. The remarkable achievement of completing the work in just four months, which normally takes 12 to 18 months, is a testament to the mutual trust and hard work of both parties' management and technical teams.
