Semi-/Fully- Dry Electrode and Its Manufacturing Process

Ultra-high solid content (>80%) electrode, providing lower energy consumption, lower cost, and higher environmental protection levels, with advantages in manufacturing process, and compatible with next-generation battery manufacturing technology

Ultra-thick Electrode

Significantly exceeding (>30%) the industry average level of ultra-thick electrodes, achieving a significant increase in production capacity, and bringing about a notable advantage in energy density and cost.

Semi-/All- Solid State Battery

(1) Physical: water content, thickness, surface roughness, comprehensive densities, particle size, specific surface area, electrostatic potential, electrical conductivity, rheology, and composite fluid stability.
(2) Chemical: pH, elemental and chemical compositions of matters in solid/liquid/gas phase.

Fine Analysis of Materials and Battery

Capable of conducting:
(1) Fine analysis of material microstructure, morphology, and element distribution;
(2) Comprehensive in-situ analysis of battery micro/macrostructure and its mechanical and thermal coupling;
(3) Multi-spectral joint fine analysis.

Safety & Reliability Tests

Meets multiple national and international standards for comprehensive safety & reliability tests of batteries and systems.
